Linda Reina is recognized as a leading expert in claims handling and has developed processes to contain cost for insurance carriers. Linda is known for her ability to assist carriers, their special investigation units and defense attorneys to plan out strategies for medical procedures being performed by providers that are neither medically indicated nor related to the event in question. In addition, exposures are reduced by having the appropriate experts examine the claimant, review the medical records and re-price or carve out the excessive fees charged by the treating providers.

To culminate Linda's 30+ years of experience, she has most recently formed Claims Alliance, LLC, a hands-on focused medical cost containment company. Here she will continue her hands-on approach in helping carriers tackle huge exposures by utilizing her vast experience.

A few of Linda's accomplishments include:

• Parkway vs Hernandez, a fraud action brought against numerous medical and chiropractic practices, runners and claimants who pursued personal injury claims against Parkway Insurance Company. This action led to the arrest and incarceration of several individuals.
• Parkway vs New Jersey Neck and Back which strengthened NJ Automobile carriers right to void Assignment of Benefits when obligations by both parties are not met.
• Inclusive to Parkway vs. Hernandez, Linda's 1998 deposition resulted in a published opinion by the Honorable Judge Villanueva which subsequently became the backbone of the NJ Fraud State Statute.
• Linda was also a nominated member of NJAIRE – New Jersey Automobile Insurance Risk Exchange – from 1998 through 2001.
